We service over 19,000+ commercial pincodes across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities in India. For remote sports academy sites, industrial zones, or university campuses, our logistics desk coordinates direct truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries with offloading support.

2. Dispatch and Lead Time Standards

• Standard Stock Items (Nets, Paddles, Balls, Hardware): Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours; delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Heavy Palletised Goods (Cement, Aggregates, Shock-Pads, 400W LED Floodlights): Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days via surface cargo.
• Engineered Custom Builds (Goal Posts, Fencing, Automated Scoreboards): Manufactured and dispatched within 10 to 18 business days.

3. Freight Rates and Delivery Challans

• Standard Surface Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on consignment weight, dimensions, and destination pincode.
• Delivery Documentation: Every shipment includes an official Delivery Challan with itemised line counts and e-way bill compliance where applicable.
• Transit Insurance: All commercial consignments booked via Fieldr Sports Logistics are covered by comprehensive transit marine insurance against damage or loss.

4. Consignment Tracking and Site Receiving

Real-time GPS tracking and driver dispatch contact details are provided via email and accessible inside your Order Dashboard.

Please ensure authorised personnel are present at the delivery location with adequate offloading equipment for heavy pallets. Inspect the outer seals upon arrival before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
